Poor communication, zero hospitality.. just like a french office
The entrance is to the right when facing the blue main gate. Very kind and friendly staffs. I went to apply for a Visa and forgot to prepare some of the documents. And since it wasn’t a busy day the lady allowed me to come back again to submit the documents within the same day. A small comment: Not sure about pre-COVID situations, but to apply to a Visa I needed to send an email to make an appointment and got a few time slots to choose from. The process could have been easier if there is an online appointment system which offers all the available time slots.
I went here to get a visa and the process was very fast. I was done in a matter of minutes. They were friendly and their services were seamless.
Security level is high as expected, great customer service. Vive la SUISSE !
