I got a groupon voucher for a haircut. It was expiring so called and asked for the first available booking they have. They booked me for the next evening. The staff are very friendly and nice. Great service. I’m very happy with my haircut. Definitely recommend it.

I went to get my hair dyed for the first time at Connie Janz with Sammy nearly 6 weeks ago. Because it was my first time getting my hair dyed, it took a while for me to get used to it (but Sammy warned me this would happen beforehand). I'm really happy with the end result! They were transparent about the costs of the cut and colour. Unfortunately, my hair has lost some of its natural curl since I got it dyed, but I don't think this is at the fault of the salon (or because my hair is overly dry). I've been using Pure Hair Foods shampoo and moisture mask, which they sell, since I got my hair cut and it's good but I'm not sure it suits my hair. It does last a long time, as I'm not even halfway through my bottle. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hair salon, as the staff are really talented, knowledgeable and patiently listened to all of my concerns with getting my hair dyed.

My friends booked me a hair appointment for my birthday. The only one available was during work hours so I had to take time off work, show up to the appointment with the appointment card my friends gave me and they had lost my appointment. The girl who booked the appointment confirmed it was done. They turned me away as "we have someone coming in in 5 minutes" but me being present for my booked appointment wasn't enough to make allowances. Asked for a refund which was given but they weren't overly apologetic and didn't make any allowances to rebook. Also said this wasn't the first appointment that their systems had deleted. Would not recommend if you don't have a flexible schedule. Can't comment on the hair services as wasn't able to get it done. Won't be going back.

First time getting hair cut in Melbourne after moving, loved the job Connie did. We chatted about my hair style and what I wanted, Connie suggested different things and gave me advice. Walked out of her place with a great hair style and color! Plus good conversation!

The team at Connie's studio is so great. I get so nervous to go to hair stylists because I feel like they never listen to me but I felt so well cared for here. My stylists talked with me and took my wants in to consideration as well as using her expertise. I'm so happy with my experience and my hair! Would recommend to anyone!
