SUPER great service. I dropped in my ailing laptop to Connect. Two hours later they called me to give me the in detail prognosis. Brilliant! Every dealing I had with this company was superb. They were fast, precise and customer focused. I can not recommend them highly enough.

Excellent service and would have to be one of the best in customer service I've experienced lately. An error on connectNZs behalf meant that my phone was not repaired within the set time frame. I was notified that my phone would be replaced on the day instead of further waiting for repairs. Staff seem to go the extra mile
