Worst Experience of our lives. Absolute nightmare. Would NOT recommend this company to my worse enemy. 18 months of stress and worry. So far we have spent over $7,000 trying to fix the shoddy workmanship. Whilst the repairs are now structurally sound, cosmetically we still have a long way to go, and a lot more money to spend.

I have been obtaining my pool supplies from George and Susan and the team at Concept Pools for over 13 years and I have to say they are the most helpful, friendly, caring and customer focused people I have had the pleasure to do business with. On the upside, the team know their stuff. On the downside, the woman serving us went off because I took a picture of a Creepy Crawley that I intended to buy. I needed to ensure it would fit our connection for our pool. Time to catch up with the new age.
