I've been a client of Complete Electrolysis for over 10 years now (I started only wanting one area treated, and just kept going back to get different areas worked on - yes, electrolysis can be addictive!) and I am so thankful I found it. Sam is extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly and warm, with an unparalleled bedside manner. Her unique blending of electrolysis and thermolysis means the hair removal is much more effective and the results last. I've only had to come in for a very few touch-ups, and those after 5+ years, which I'm very happy about. Being of a very sensitive skin type, I am also happy that there are no lasting adverse effects of this treatment.

I thought I wouldn't be able to stand the electricity, having sensitive skin as I do, but amazingly found a good tolerance to the current. Sam adjusts the current to suit my needs, so on my 'tired' days I can have a little less, when I'm a little more sensitive. Her soothing manner, conversational presence and comfortable attitude put me instantly at ease, which, for a shy person like me, is kind of a miracle!

Other pluses to this service are: excellent knowledge to advise me on what antiseptic, anaesthetic and moisturising products to use to get the best out of the treatments; special 'cooling' electrode treatment at the end of each treatment (something I totally look forward to, as it puts the 'treat' into 'treatment'!); application of alcohol/antiseptic cream to treated areas before and after each treatment; exceptional needle and bed hygiene; special rubber specs for light protection; very short to no waiting times; flexible schedule to work around my life and appointments; comfortable bed and intimate private setting for treatments; knowledge of my hair's growth cycles, to maximise results; and the price is much more affordable than what I could expect to pay somewhere else!

The only regret I have is that I did not start treatments with Complete Electrolysis 10 years earlier. I cannot recommend the service highly enough, to people of all ages. It is a Godsend and I feel so grateful and privileged to have received the treatments, which have given me my confidence back. I can say with absolute certainty I will not be going to any other electrologist while Complete Electrolysis is in business.
