So though the staff are friendly and doing their best, we have been waiting for almost an hour under a stress situation. Not good enough Commonwealth Bank! You need to use some of those massive profits you make and employ more staff. I gave a gold star for the available staff.
Rubbish service from this branch. Needed help verifying the identity of a bank account for my son. Was assured it would all be sorted out after brining in the required documentation. One week later, still nothing. Have had to call CBA twice to get this sorted out. Just do your jobs, or better yet, improve your systems and processes.
I have quick question why only one teller works every day?? Huge line at the back. Staff was really helpful but bank poor management..
1 teller again today and a decent sized line. Waited 10min thus far just to book an appointment to come back in and see a 'specialist'. Had to come in because the 3 branchs I called did not answer their phones. Poor management.
Commonwealth Bank claims to care about privacy for clients however while at Stafford i had to verify myself by given my full name address and date of birth in front of a line full of waiting clients to get a balance on my account. Have they heard of identity theft. What about my privacy.
Pathetic customer service and care. Commonwealth bank was the first bank I'd ever been with and have been for almost 20 years. I've been having trouble with subscriptions that have long been cancelled yet I'm still continuously charged for without access to the service. The tellers have always told me theres nothing they can do. Went in today to tell them to close the accounts as I've moved to another bank. Only now do they tell me you can dispute claims to get a refund. I don't even care about the hundreds of dollars I've lost because of this as I now longer have to deal with this horrible bank.
Usually this bank is great. but today customer service was horrific. There was only 1 teller open and a queue going out the door a large lady came from out the back and asked everyone if they wanted the teller all said yes and proceeded to walk off after saying wont be long when she should of jumped on a teller and started serving customers. i waited half an hr in line an still ended leavind without being served becayse i was late for work
Mary was an amazing help in fixing a mistake I made and didn't judge me on my lack of understanding of technology hahaha! Been with the Stafford branch for over 10 years and I'm still a satisfied customer!
Don't need to say much after seeing the reviews from this branch. Dropped by the agency to withdraw some cash and the so called branch manager denied my request as I did not fully disclosed what the cash was for. He quoted "You're not being honest with what you are actually going to do with the money". Surely customer service is not one his strengths nor capable of solving a basic situation with a customer. We pay endless fees over so many years to be questioned what you are going to do with your OWN taxed money. Outrageous! Definitely moving to a different bank sooner than they think.
