While Mark Davis is a great bank employee I can't say anything decent about the rest of the staff.  The manager Katelin particularly is obstructionist, incompetent and can't even deposit money into the correct account.  Frankly no-one who has any form of slightly complex banking requirements should ever use use this bank.

The staff at this branch are the most unhelpful and unwilling customer service representatives I have ever experienced. I have been here three times with different issues and have been misinformed, misguided and sent away with no assistance whatsoever.
