Staff are accommodating and helpful. It's really handy having a branch at work. I've been with the bank for 15 years or more, and though I know the branch staff probably have no influence at all on this, I'm astounded that last year CBA invested $3.9Billion in fossil fuels. Their Board need to get with the times and stop funding projects that increase pollution, increase global warming, and don't make economic sense. If CBA continues to fund fossil fuel projects I need to seriously rethink whether to stay with them, despite the convenience of this branch.
