Amazing service, cannot recommend the home loan lending team more. Very thorough in their explanations and quick return times for contact with our emails. Even staff as we were greeted into the branch were very professional and polite.
Completed a transaction this morning. Customer facing staff could not have been more efficient or more friendly in assisting me. 'K' was super responsive to my needs and genuinely interested in my plans. Well done, a great experience.
The ladies were lovely, but the man who was directing people today morning was very unprofessional, rude and bullying; he made trouble the other time as well with another customer, who stormed out of the bank; he directed my husband in the wrong direction and made him feel horrible.
The manger said no staff to serve me, need to come back after few hours afternoon time, there is only one staff at the counter..
Very unprofessional and racist staff. Manager is not fit for a manager position. I went to withdraw money and staff stereotyped me. I will never go to this branch. #typical racist Karen works there I want to give zero stars
I will never be back to this branch. The manager and teller made me feel like a criminal for trying to take money out of my own bank account. Seriously considering switching my mortgage and all my accounts over to another bank. Very poor behaviour.
I had the misfortune of conducting my business at the Geelong Commonwealth branch today. I found the service to be by all means substandard. I rarely come across such disinterested bunch of people at a workplace. The teller took more than 15 mins to complete our transaction. She wasn’t polite or facilitating in any way and her answers to all my questions were vague. When I enquired about a few things to the lady who was acting as a liaison person at the entrance of the branch, she was unable to give me any concrete answer either but seemed rather annoyed as well as defensive towards me. I walked out of that branch thinking whether it was worth our time continuing on with a bank that although in charge of our savings, offers us such a poor customer service in return. Definitely not the No#1 bank by any stretch of the imagination. John Peter
Can I give 0 stars? I went in to discuss closing my mortgage. The girl behind the desk Claire? Clara? wanted to sell me another loan to "renovate" my property instead. After I refused and said I will not be borrowing any more money, she said I had to wait for the manager as she didn't know what the discharge fees would be, and I was told that one person was in line before me and I had to sit in the corner seat and wait. This was a lie, there was no queue. Steven Dixon, the "manager" kept me waiting for more than 40 minutes while he walked around the bank floor and chatted casually to random customers who walked in. He then walked out for lunch, knowing I was waiting after the girl talked to him again and he made eye contact with me. I went back to the girl behind the counter and explained that I was sick of waiting, then, miraculously she was able to answer my question about fees, but would not process the paperwork until the manager spoke to me. After 40 minutes of waiting for the manager I gave up as my car parking was due to expire. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Staff lie to customers to try and make them wait. If they can't use you to reach a sales target, they don't seem to give you any service. I am closing my commonwealth accounts and withdrawing all of my investments. I want nothing more to do with commonwealth bank ever! Lying, dishonest, disreputable people. As a share holder I am pretty appalled at how you treat customers. As a customer I am disgusted by your behavior.
I found the staff to be rude, and very culturally insensitive. There were necessarily long delays when I went to get my money withdrawn. The manager was particularly unhelpful with my queries.
I went to the bank to change the "Business address" Becasue we can't change it on internet Third party the staff i'm not sure her name with eyes glass "Jenna or Jemmma" being so rude when talk to me by her expression she should knew the third party can't change on internet because her job!!! Not happy at all
