Manu the lady at the counter did not understand any of the deals going on. There was a deal for a sausage roll and coffee meal deal for 5 dollars and when i asked about it she shrugged and said “I don’t know I am new.” I asked her if she could maybe scan them and the deal would apply but she said it didn’t. It was very frustrating to deal with an employee who does not know anything about the store she works at.
I usually go 711 in the morning for a cup of coffee and take lunch from there in the noon, I find the place warm and welcoming. Manu and Satbir always welcomes with a smile and Greetings which brightens the day. I give them a 5 star for the generosity they provide to customers.
Textbook Racial Profiling.nVisited the store in broad daylight, and was asked to pre-pay. Even though every customer who visited before and after me was served post-fuel fill.nnWhen questioned, felt like the guy’s first day on job. No explanation, and so rude, opposite of what customer service should be.nnThe guy clearly needs to fix his attitude.
At just 11.55pm on 25 June. todaynThe guy at the counter was so messed up. I brought a coffee and there’a little chocolate powder on the table, he straight away gave me a paper towel and told me to wipe very rudely. That’s freaking Hilarious.nShame on you 7-Eleven.nNever ever gonna go there again.
Lady overcharged me today . 2 regular coffees and a muffin . Coffee snd muffin deal $4 . Extra reg coffee $2 . I was charged $7.50 when it should have been $6. I questioned her she just shrugged . I asked again if regular coffee was $2 as advertised she shrugged again. It’s not about the cost it’s the lie . I hope they don’t do this all day long to unsuspecting customers . Making extra overcharging . Won’t be back . Coffee was revolting anyway .
