This place is not operating right. A much more efficient banking process is needed. Came here to deposit international cash and couldn’t do so at the teller and instead need to wait upwards of half an hour to do this. Similar wait last time I was here. Glad they’ve got cumfy chairs though!

The best customer service that I have received from CBA in years. After my last visit at CBA Chermside, I thought that service was a dirty word at CBA. Jess from CBA Noosa Junction branch was attentive, knowledgable and personable and although our reason for visiting was not solved, a solution for moving forward was established.

After having a very bad experience with CBA online and our business bank manager, I finally went into our local Noosa branch and was assisted by the branch Manager Rhe. She was wonderful, I have had issues for 2 months, not being able to access my business internet banking, which has been very stressful. I have spoken with CBA via phone and messages, and continually got passed onto the next person, told someone would call me back and no one ever got back to me. Rhe didn't fix the issue, however came up with a solution so that I could get back onto my internet banking and quickly. I appreciate her time and her problem solving skills, especially at peak time !

Google Maps need to say there is an ATM available. Nice and safe as had a sliding automatic door away from the public.

Waited in line for half an hour, only to be to Im better off going home and using internet banking. Call 3 days in a row to speak to someone, for them to tell me I'm better off calling, so now I'm 40 min on hold to try and get some help!  Worst service ever!! Absolutely useless.
