I have been waiting for over 45 minutes with at least 12 other people in front of me. This type of service is very poor especially our elderly Our bank gees should include a good service.  Will be changing out to another after over 30 years with this bank

Excellent service I’ve been trying to create a business bank account as a busy woman who works seven days a week. My other bank provider who I have been with for a long time has taken over 14 days .. waiting ..waiting!!! Commonwealth Bank have been professional and understand a busy working woman.. and have been attentive straight away..

Ridiculous!! Extremely rude unhelpful customer service staff. I wasted over 30mins waiting to be served however ended up leaving with no service at. Never again & now will switch banks especially now the Tewantin branch has closed. Very poor form ladies at Commonwealth Bank Noosa

Slow incompetent staff who do not listen to what you want nor answer their phone when customer service phones. Switching banks because of this terrible branch.

Over the past 4 years using this branch I have experienced the most helpful and excellent service.

There is only person working and I have been waiting for more than 45 minutes. Is a big branch of bank of course they can put more people for work.

Easy to deal with, good service received today.
