Went here to open up a bank account. Arrived just before opening time and there was already a line of about 15 people, so everyone is eager. Once they opened the doors, workers were directing people to the appropriate area. I had about a 30 min wait and a 30 min appointment. The appointment was easy going. They sent my card out and it arrived within a week. Relatively easy process overall. They also have phone plans with More mobile. I encountered some technical problems upon sign up but the plans are really good for their value so I persisted.
I opened my bank account four years ago. I remember how kind they were to me, taking the time to explain everything and ensuring that I understood, even though I didn't speak English at all at that time. Since then, I have encountered various issues, but the different staff members have always been very responsive and have resolved them in person and with the app, providing me with helpful advice on top of it - even when I was overseas. Once again today, thank you Alysha!

Cant believe you have to wait half an hour in a que to talk to a human. Only one person on enquiries - que out the door. Why are branches closing? Over worked lady who assisted was very helpful.
Can't speak highly enough of Danielle Stubbs at the 95 William Street Perth Branch of CommBank! Danielle made the home loan process real smooth, collected all necessary information/documents at once, and had a pre-approval for us within four days of submitting all the necessary documents. This gave us a good understanding of our borrowing capacity and in turn we were able to secure a house real quick. Danielle has made the whole process seem like such a walk in the park, and I'd highly recommend anybody seeking a home loan to contact her. I wish I'm able to buy another property at some stage, and I really hope Danielle is able to help again. Thanks heaps Danielle, and keep up the great work. :
Asked to wait for 40 min and when I showed up for my appointment I was asked to wait for another 30 minutes. I tried to phone the customer service and for 3 times i had to wait for 2 hours at the phone. They should improve the service at this stage.
My girlfriend and I are foreigners who have just arrived in Perth. Our English is not good and we don't understand the process of handling bank card business. Fortunately, we met Tatum and another maleI'm sorry I can't remember your name. With their help, we quickly handled the business. Thank these people! This is a good start for our perth life!
very poor service , have rang my branch several times over one week to sort out un authorized deductions coming out of my account left messages as they say they will return call by the end of business which is a lie both branch and head office ,then charge me overdrawn fees as someone else taps my account over two months. Hard to sort out when no one answers the phone and they want to close branches its a joke !
Fantastic service, I applied for the account 13 days prior to arriving in Australia. My bank card arrived in branch for me to collect after my ID check. Miles the guy that delt with my application was absolutely brilliant. Made the whole process stress free. Would 1000% recommend.
