Not overly friendly or understanding over an issue I had this afternoon concerning a transaction fee I was debited. Well at least they made up my mind about changing banks now. I'll be doing just that. They're just getting more cruel.
Closed 1pm - 2pm Friday. A dozen people waited for the door to open at 2. Had to leave after 40 minutes waiting to see a staff member. Do all the staff have to have lunch at the same time? Couldn’t they be staggered?
Commonwealth Bank is the only bank in Nambourthat provides the particular service I needed. Based on recent reviews I was dreading going in to the branch to make an enquiry, however my fears were totally unfounded. there were 4 staff there when I arrived, all of whom were busy attending to customers. There were 3 customers waiting ahead of me in the queue. It didn't take long for me to be seen by Debbie who was most friendly, professional, courteous. She took time to deal with my fairly complex enquiry and I came away with all the information I needed. Thank you, Debbie.
Simply downright rude and disrespectful especially when dealing with elderly customers who may not be as tech savvy.....which forces bank staff to have to talk to customers......customers who have given this bank 50 / 60 years of loyalty and paid for the record profits and high salaries. What a joke.
Not my branch, wait wasn’t too long and Renae was quick and efficient. She was friendly and lighthearted, I couldn’t ask for more.
