ATM out of service everyday.Forcing me to drive to Maroochydore multiple times a week. Staff and branch don't care. Typical CommBank attitude. Go next door to ANZ
Not sure if they believe in Customer Service, we were told to take a seat to see a specialist, and that we were first in the queue, we waited awhile and there was 2 ladies in separate offices then they both went into one office and shut the door, meanwhile still waiting, and the branch was getting very busy.nAnother staff member knocked on the door, and asked for them to come and help, they said that they were in training.nWhy would staff be in training when there are customer sitting outside their office waiting.nAnyway we were in the branch for nearly 2 hours and they could not complete our transaction, as we needed to be at another place, we had to cancel our transaction.nVery unsatisfied and they don't seem to really care.nThis is not the only branch, most branches are the same.nThey ask us to respect them, but they need to start respecting the customer.nWe will be moving to another bank.
Very poor customer service. Poorly greeted firstly. Secondly as I was not a customer I was unable to use their coin counter so I asked if the bank teller could count to giving me some bank notes, the reply was he couldn’t count because I wasn’t a customer. No wonder machines are being used to replace human laziness
