1 out of 10 very rude service actually I'd like to complain about the service but there's none at all. This is the worst bank on the Sunshine Coast and the worst Bank in Queensland. Never use this bank at all you'll be very different very disappointed trust me. Look at all the other horrible negative reviews they are fully justified in my opinion. Bad , bad , bad . Criminal wealth bank more like it. You're welcome.

poor customer service in person. long waits on the phone. and twice iv tryed to use the Atm and wasted 10 minutes trying to deposit to be tild system difficulty at the end. and they close so early most people with jobs can't get there in time. since they lock the doors 5 to 10 minutes early
Have recently had to deal with Nambour Branch as EPOA for my Dad who has gone into residential care. Staff have always been pleasant there, and special thanks to Kathleen, who couldn't have been more helpful. An absolute asset and wonderful representative of the company.
Book an appointment, wait 2 weeks for appointment, get told to wait when arrive for appointment, nowhere to wait sit etc, wait wait wait, no apology for lateness. Left before seeing anyone. You don't matter to them Customer for 30 years. Changing banks after this
Disappointing! Called 4 times and left messages before I finally received a call back. Then had the misfortune of speaking to a very condescending, rude and patronising staff member. Which bank has the worst customer service? Time to switch banks!
One of the bad services you will ever find. When going in for a deposit, always got convinced to make a deposit by an atm, and it takes so long till the money to be in the account!! The money will be in after businness hour of the next day!! It too late to pay for my bills sometimes! Seriously, whats the problem with making deposit at the counter??!! It will literally takes like 10-20 seconds! This needs to be improved!
Worst service ever, we sat waiting for 20 minutes whilst staff walked around casually talking to each other. Everyone looked miserable except for the one jolly person that was actually doing some work that ended up helping us.
