We went into the branch in Nambour today to seek some guidance as we have had a god awful experience with the online 'business retention team' whilst trying to get a loan over the line. We thought we were simply dropping some documents off, but when we were directed to a business banker in branch by the name of Michael Asmussen he noticed numerous errors on our paperwork provided by the online team. He took over 2 hours to sit with us and work through it all, and given that we are due for settlement in 8 days we could not be more appreciative of his help. If it was not for him, most likely we would have been unable to settle. After a terrible experience with NAB as a whole over the past 2 years, to finally meet a friendly face that actually listens was so reassuring and refreshing. Thanks Michael!
The ATM wasn’t working so went into the bank to withdraw money . bank manager name is Jason was so rude had no customer service at all whatsoever . Think they need a new bank manager , where did he get his qualification from ??
