I'd give them no stars. They are the worst bank to deal with, absolutely appalling service as well as the stupid person that greats you with how can I help and then flat out refuses to get my card out of the atm that just took it and shut down. They would not give me my card back and then called the cops because I was annoyed that they had basically stolen my card had the ways and means to get it back to me and flat out refused to give it back. Worst people and bank to deal with. Closing all accounts and never going back. You lot at that bank and branch are by far the worst.
Was charged 1% on depositing cash without a warning. When I asked to reverse the transaction and return my cash the request was refused.
I have had some good interactions and experiences at this branch. However worker ‘Sheryl’ has shown distastefulness in her profession and mere laziness when it comes to her customers.nnI had an issue regarding a scam on my bank app. At that time when I arrived the store was not busy, and only a couple of customers were inside. After approaching this worker with my concern’s about the fraudulent activities, to which I did not have a lot of understanding about, I was told to go home and work though it on my own.nnI work full time hours and study full time. Resolving the issue step by step, and waiting approx 6hrs each time for the automated response, took about a full week for the whole process to be completed. In this time I was still receiving scams to that card as it had not been canceled while I was in the branch, and I had not been issued a new card.nnAfter that week, I learnt that after all my individual reporting of the fraudulent activity, and inability to make any transactions for an entire week, this worker had intentionally avoided what would have been a mere 5 minute process in store, out of pure laziness.nnShe did not take any time to help out an unsure customer to fix a crucial problem. She did not show me any alternatives of payment to using the scammed card. Overall, she did not do her job right.nnI have been back to the branch since then, and gotten the help I needed from a kind server, who took the time to help. However this entire process took about three weeks to complete. Three weeks without a card on hand, which was made very difficult in a modern technological world.nnI have never heard of such unprofessionalism, disrespect for customers, and blatant laziness in my life! Especially in an accredited financial institution!nnSuch a shame to have someone like this working so closely with customers in the branch. Clearly this institution has no standards when it comes to hiring such people.
A classic case of work intensification. The staffing levels are so low that there is always a queue. If you have the time to wait in some cases for more than an hour the overworked staff are great people doing their best under pathetic staffing conditions.nI am thinking that this is a deliberate policy by the bank to actively discourage in-branch banking. There is no focus on SERVICE any more.
Time for new management and staff. Yesterday I waited in front line and got told to see teller. Waiting in teller line for ages. Then got told I needed to see the lady at front. Sooo wait in another line again. Stacey needs to learn her customer service and how to speak politely to all ages.
