A classic case of work intensification. The staffing levels are so low that there is always a queue. If you have the time to wait in some cases for more than an hour the overworked staff are great people doing their best under pathetic staffing conditions. I am thinking that this is a deliberate policy by the bank to actively discourage in-branch banking. There is no focus on SERVICE any more.
The waiting time is atrocious. Minimal service when you ring to enquire. I really detest this bank. When I sell my house I will withdraw all my money
My company has been banking with the witch bank for 35 years. I have a business loan with them on which we have never defaulted. Suddenly I have to submit all my companies financials. I have been growing my business for the last 2 financial years and also financed my new business with my profits. I have been told I am no longer able to finance the loans and I must repay the entire loan in 3 months. I was advised to use another bank to pay out the loan. I said another bank will probably want me to shift my business accounts across to open a loan. The manager said "If that if you have to". ????? I can't believe this. Fortunately I have all phone calls recorded and I play this to my business colleagues and even my accountant used the F-word for the first tine in 25 years. What happened???? Goodbye Commonwealth bank.
Have been a customer for 50 years, last 32 at this branch and watched the gradual decline of what was once the strong of providing excellent customer service without all the bank queues, the Strickland branch is permanently closed and walking into this branch with a queue of 12 and 2 Tellers on is appallingly. Now at 145pm, only 1 Teller in service. The great staff are being let down.by staffing number freezers for bigger profits to shareholders and top Executives
Went to withdraw cash and the ATM took and destroyed my bank card according to the staff inside. If that wasn't enough the staff were very rude and unapologetic about the situation.
Despite the need for Covid-19 safety restrictions I found this branch to have excellent on-premuses service management. We had applied for a home loan by phone and needed to deal at this branch to set up accounts. Also, we realised we needed an insurance cover note for the home after signing the purchase contract. The Comminsure quote was significantly better value & at less cost than APIA which covered our previous home.
I am very disappointed that combank continues to support fossil fuel. I have two grandchildren and we need to consider the environment. Commonwealth bank should re view their support and look towards cleaner options to support a better future for all
Went in to get a key card for my daughter the lady that served us was just a very arrogant lady no people skills at all Really thinking of changing Banks
Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Rude staff and not enough customer service! I waiting for a long time as we’re many! Could not believe how I was treated with my daughter with me. Will never come back to this branch what a disappointment commonwealth!
went to deposit money and couldn't at anyone of there atms unacceptable suppose to be one of the leading banks
