The worst Coles I have ever seen, click and collects always sitting there for over 30 minutes, missing bags and always stacked with other peoples stuff. The workers have no clue and better yet you try to call for your missing shopping and no answer 4 times! Surely you have staff that can pick up a phone
Everytime I go to this coles I am so disappointed.nThe customer service a appalling, these shops no longer value shoppers who are doing a trolley shop so when it comes to check out, there is only one register open with one attendant suggling to service trolley shoppers. The wait is long, while the line of trollys block the through fair of the other shoppers. Then you get to the register, have to bring and pack your own bags. Its so sad that customer service no longer exsists. Not to mention the staff rushing through the isles forfilling the click and collect orders. With no regard to shoppers trying to look at produce. Can you have staff from other areas on standby to serve on the register, like Aldi does?
My local shopping centre and my favourite. Plenty of good parking with friendly helpful staff. If you look at that wall mural you'll see my wife's caricature on the right side.
Used these guys for the best tasting bread ever.wish they had more staffed checkouts. Other than that greatn.
