Bought Baker's Life low carb wraps Saturday. Opened them today 4 days later and they are mouldy. Tried to phone but guess what? no on shore customer service !!so had to fill in an online form which is complex to find and do. Offshore call centre took 5 hrs to phone back to reassure me I can drive to the store for a refund of $3.90. They had me on the phone for over 15 minutes. I asked for a call back from an onshore manager but they don't care enough to do that. Poor service Aldi and not the way I like to be treated ‍

Saturday the 11th of May went into this store saw a man put meat down his pants myself and children were the only ones who saw so I told the teller and pointed him out ask nicely to be served so we can safely leave the store first, she then told another male team member who I ask please wait for us to leave he approached him in front of us. I said I ask you to wait till we left safely instead of approaching him as we were leaving he said I needed to get him before he left. My children were shaking and scared to walk out of the store cause the worker waiting till he was leaving the same time as us. Our safety was never a priority the worker wouldn’t have known he was stealing if I didn’t say something. What it’s taught me is don’t do the right thing let people steal. WILL NEVER GO TO THIS ALDI AGAIN.
Aldi is a shop like most other shops, just cheaper than other big brand bigger shops like Cole’s shop and the Wooly shops or the Iga independent grocers association regional shops. Those IGA shops are good for the people in regional / rural areas as the money stays local as most of what they sell is either grown or made locally and not imported from overseas or from china nn5 stars and 1000 IGA’s for Iga
