Previously, Coles staff would walk you to the item you requested, but now they instruct you to search the app.nAnyway, cordial is now in aisle 1 with the bread.

Every time I come here for click and collect there's a problem. They forget to bring something, they can't find something...it really is disgraceful service how hard is it to get your act together and do what needs to be done?! So sick of it. Everytime I come here this happens. And tonight after confirming my order was ready, i get there to them telling me they can't find my order then returning 10 mins later with one bag. I then had to ring customer care to refund it. Useless service I won't ever be coming back here

Super helpful staff. A beautiful young blondie was very kind and helped me find the lactose free milk. I think her name tag said Sara. Awesome customer experience!

Worst customer service ever! Especially the shop manager called Ryan. Don’t want to repeat my experience because I want to think about it too much but I am soooo shocked that they talk to customers in a very rude way to tell you: I can do whatever I want even it’s not right! I should make a big deal about it and go to media or fair trading or ect but as long as he sees my phone he run away……..

Busy Saturday 2.15 pm 6/4/24. Wanting to pay for my Groceries & it Appears that Just One Register is Open. With people lined up with Their Trolleys.nI asked a young Red headed girl,she seemed to be in charge of the Self Serve & Registers. if Only One Register is Open. She said yes. I asked if more would be opening. Due to the amount of people already waiting. She said Not Yet !!nWhat the Heck Are They Waiting For ?? !!nI took a pic of the Abandoned Registers & of the “Customers Wasting Their Saturday. Frustratingly Waiting to Progress in the Queue.nA young lass Soon approached me. Chock Full of Attitude and Tatts. Wanting to know, Why I’m taking pictures.nI said It’s for Google Reviews & Having Only One Register Open on Saturday with So Many People Waiting is Unacceptable !!nShe said that taking Photos in there Wasn’t Allowed !! Which was News to me as there are No Signs advising such. And Many Google Reviews of Coles have photos attached.nAnyway “Sammie” said she would open a Register, Yay !nAlthough it Was Far from a Convivial Experience as the Attitude Remained throughout the Transaction !nnStrongly Recommend Going to Woolworths Carrara.nRegisters are Always Open.nHas an Underground Carpark.nMuch better Garden Section,the Eggs are Refrigerated,unlike Colesn& the Staff Are Super Friendly !!nGood Vibes & Great Attitude from the Crew At Woolworths Carrara !
