It's Coles! Too many signs of discounts. This store has too many choices of items that one can tell will be off the shelves in a few months and I'll be seeing them in NQR. Meat! Not many choices there. I still prefer the smaller shops for food. Much cheaper to buy continental items elsewhere.

Check your use by dates. Last time I was there and bought prepackaged ham it was 2 weeks past use by. Also a lot of stuff is very close to use by or best before. Also keep an eye on what produce is being put through the register.

A small Coles. Relatively limited range of products, but convenient to my current location. Strong on junk food and drink. Weak in healthy options..... But then that's pretty much every supermarket in Australia.
