very unsatisfied. The tall, dark haired male seems very unprofessional (simon i believe) , i see him just sitting out the front, or inside the shop doing absolutely nothing/ or just on his mobile phone. he leaves the other employees to do all the work, obviously including his workload. he is rude and vulgar, should not be managing this business.

Most unprofessional management. Employee I can only assume is the manager male, tall with dark hair I believe either Steven or Simon not 100% sure does nothing. Whilst waiting for my juice that I ordered to be made he was sitting down making himself pot noodles and being rude to his employees whilst they struggled to keep up with a sudden rush. Whilst other people were also waiting he refused to help out when they asked as they were busy, Looks unorganised and needs proper management.
