I'm a regular shopper at Coles but lately the staff need to be trained on how to listen to customers and also learn how to pack groceries!.nOmg after telling the young girl please don't pack too heavy- fell on deaf ears!!! Also who in gods name puts chops on the bottom of the bags only to put potatoes on top!!! Seriously I don't pay to have my food destroyed groceries are so expensive!!!
Early in the morning this lady who works at the self check outs she was an Indian old lady with caramel like dyed hair wanted to start a fight for no reason because I didn't go to the checkout she told me. Does she have control issues? The self check out was empty there was only 2 other people doing check out. It's early in the morning and the store is pretty empty. She asked if I was paying by cash or card and I said card then she pointed at one next to other people who was checking out. But the cash and card row was empty so I went there instead and she decided to tell me off saying that's for cash only but there was no one after me going to the check outs... She wanted to talk back andkept wanting to talk back. Her point would've made sense if the store was pretty busy. Even then people go to the check out on what's available. Ruined my morning! This is unacceptable behavior as an employee and unprofessional. Train your employees better.
The most basic of all for a customer to enter this place>>> have trolleys
Coles Waverley Gardens Click N Collect:n- never on timen- have to call customer service 4-8 timesn- couple times I had to go in and collect from storennSpoke to a lady who was also waiting yesterday 27/04/24, she told me same thing and she ended up going in to collect her groceries.nnGoing back to Endeavour Hills as they are 1000% more reliable, efficient and friendly :
This store needs a big overhaul, usually only one tiny checkout operating alongside self checkout. But the biggest issue is the trolleys!!! Either there is none, or the ones that are there all have the baby safety belts cut off???nApparently the trolleys are managed individually by the stores and not centre management - how come Woolworths always have trolleys which are in good condition and safe baby seats, and Coles can’t seem to get it?
