I went in to do some late night shopping and just want to say I had the most delightful interaction with the shelf stocker in the fridges named Adam.nnNot only did he help me find all the products I was looking for but he treated me with lots of kindness and even had some friendly banter. It is so good to see young people really embody the values of the community.
I visited Coles last week and had such a great experience thanks to one of the employees at the checkout names Afrah. She was incredibly helpful with packing my bags and made the whole process so smooth and easy.nnWhile I was checking out, she went out of her way to explain how I could prepare some of the packaged food I had bought, even though I did not ask. It was clear that she was doing it purely out of kindness and genuine care, not because she had to. Her attitude was so positive and friendly and it honestly lifted my mood.nnMoments like that really stand out because you do not expect them during a regular grocery shop. Employees like her make a huge difference and are exactly the kind of people every store needs. Her warmth, helpfulness and initiative turned an ordinary visit into a really memorable one and I left feeling genuinely happier.
Always busy, always shelves are stacked. Deli staff are friendly and patient. Wait time to pay is very quick with, self serve, registers open, self serve with the long conveyor, and service desk. Large store layout. We like coming here. Huge range of fresh flowers and plants.
Bought 3 platters from Coles Caroline Springs and could not be any more impressed. The food was really fresh and well presented. The deli lady was so friendly and helpful. 10/10 Highly recommend!
