Perfectly placed, really, to sneak in some fuel or a snack. I usually stop on my way down the coast. Today I stopped on the way back from Gibsons Steps and only for a 600ml Pepsi Max. Store is always stocked, clean and friendly in a calm way.
I usually stop here to top up my car fuel, inside the store's great range of items. Fuel prices are reasonable. Customer service is good.
Staff is quite friendly and located just beside the highway. Clean place.
For the last few years the toilet has had an “Out of order” sign on the toilet.nnWhich translates to “We are too lazy to provide a restroom room for our “Valued” customers”nnMakes it hard/frustrating when you’re travelling with young children. Especially when you know it’s working fine and store owners are too lazy to open it for customers!nnThere’s a much nicer, newly built BP KM back down the road, nice new facilities, great food and welcome their restrooms for their customers, I’d suggest stopping there long before stopping at Coles express Colac!nnPs to owners ! Stop being lazy, where is the good old fashion service/amenities !!!
it was so bad they charged us twice, $50 for 2 ice creams and 3 drinks
