Tara is absolutely brilliant — we were trying to get our car vacuumed, but we didn’t have any coins, and she tried very hard to help us. Our cards wouldn’t do cash out, but she was able to give us directions to a card operated vacuum up the road. She was really patient and kind! Thank you, Tara!
On 23rd may at 11:45am. I entered the bp store & Tara was working there & she told me in very rude way if u didn’t fill the fuel then u have to park your car on side parking bays. When i park my car at fuel station there was one other car parked next to me. Rest all other fuel stations are empty and not even single car was there except one, which was very frustrating & treated very rude. It was not happened once even before it happened.nEven the coffee she make was really worse. Dont have knowledge about hot, warm temperature.nBp needs to look after this.
The woman on duty today was rude and racist. When we ordered for 5 cappuccinos she made her face and made us feel disrespected. We also ordered some mochas and latte and guess what all of us got cappuccinos. We didn't want to go back because- we didn’t want to be disrespected again! Horrible customer service.
I go there everynight . But tonight I rang the bell 4 times and continued to get ignored while the so called worker stacked the shelves and madeout she didn't know I was there!! From now on I'll be going to 7/11 everynight atleast you can get served there!
We stay in Colac from time to time and this store is our go to place for petrol. It's always clean and staff are friendly. Plus it's 24 hours and when we arrive late at night, we can always stop in and grab a few things for breakfast in the morning without paying stupid prices.
