Lack of control of badly behaved clients. The register attendants are very reluctant to make a selfish client not to take up 2 spaces......

Fix your bloody air pump you bustards...it's a safety thing and it's been more than 8 weeks now, it's also Holiday season where people are doing lots of travel. Think about people other than yourselves you buggers...in-between the rip off fuel prices air would good idea

The sales person could not handle credit card transactions and was unable to do a refund. Just get someone able to do basic transactions. Having the wrong cash register person is bad for business. Train your cash register persons before you let them do their jobs.

Lazy staff. This morning my husband lost phone in there and I request staff to help me to find via camera, but staff told me manager I is not here come on Monday. Needs proper training for staff for customer service.

Friendly service. Prices often a couple of cents higher than others in Canberra. Access can be tight before and after work
