I often stop en route to/from work and the staff are always super friendly.
I went to this servo at 6.30 pm 15/6/24 and was served by a guy with a filthy dirty grin on his face and it made me feel very uncomfortable.He didn't greet me and I had to reach through the wire barrier to scan my loyalty card while he continued to play on his phone.I then said goodbye and he ignored me and kept playing on his phone.nI really don't want to give you any stars because there wasn't any respectful customer service and this guy doesn't deserve to have a job when there are plenty of ppl out there that are hardworking and need a pay to feed their family.
Not very nice paying for a premium car wash only to have bird poo fall onto it at end. Previously brought this up with corporate who had some anti pest stuff put up but it hasn't worked.
Good shop - friendly staffnnAmazing location. I mean, you go down the parkway from up north. You get a low fuel warning and you are super happy to see gas gas gas on the left hand exit.nnBonus was the shops microphone was on so while pumping we all got to hear the cash register cha-chinging away.
The staff was good I saw I think the boss cheering and clapping to his team member. She must of done a really good job. It’s nice too see a boss get so pumped up for his team member you don’t really see that much theses days it made me smile
