The women from South American who worked there today, was very rude and abusive, she threatened me with very disgusting words and actions, it was the worst customer experience I have ever had. She targeted me immediately bullying and harassing me in front of other customers blatantly believing she would get away with treating others this way. And the comments were racially toned. I will be following up with a serious report. Is it that hard to treat customers nicely, this was the first experience being served by her. If I was the manager I would not let this happen.
Ordered a raspberry water, received a lime one. I ordered one loaded cookie and then also received a choc chip cookies.
The guys working here are absolutely amazing, actual life savers last evening they go above and beyond, couldn't ask for better staff! Girl Name Sab is just fantastic, helped me with everything i need. Great Customer Service.nGood on you guys
Really disappointed with your level of customer service at the moment.nStaff member made me pay for my petrol twice because he wasn’t paying attention and didn’t see the machine say it had been approved and he claimed it was pending and hadn’t gone through. Gave me a receipt and said if it did get taken twice to come back in for a refund. It did get taken twice and I went back in and the staff member said he hadn’t been told anything about it and I had to come back in a couple of days when a manager would be there.nThis is ridiculous. I shouldn’t have had to pay for my petrol twice and now I just want my money back.nYou have effectively stolen $70 from me.
