I went in , was charged 2.99 for a packet of cigarette papers ......I gave 3 dollars and was told I wasn't getting my change........ when I asked for my change I was looked at like a crazy person ....... if your going to.make your prices ridiculous........atleast have the decency to give customers there change ....... I don't care if it's 1 sent or 100 dollars....... you've no right to keep it .....and if this is your policy .....you should have a sign up .......saying not only do we over charge .....but we keep your change to ..... give people a chance to go else were ......wich is what I'll be doing in future

BEWARE Calwell Ampol!nI thought Ampol service stations were great until I had the absolute pleasure of interacting with the manager of Calwell Ampol, Mani Deva and his staff.nFirstly, the staff member refused to accept a gift card saying their station did not accept them. I explained that I had used the same type of gift card the week before at the same station and later another station and it had been accepted. Then he tried to tell me their system was not able to process it and I explained the previous staff member had typed in the number and the system accepted it. He refused to try typing in the number and told me to call customer service.nFinally, I spoke to the manager Mani, who was equally unhelpful and called me a liar as I could not have possibly have used a gift card at that station previously.nThese guys had no intention of being helpful and had obviously never had any customer service training whatsoever. I began to understand the extent of the problem when other customers were also complaining about these guys to me!nThanks Ampol, I now know exactly where the customer stands in your company. Just a cash cow of profit making.
Terrible place, terrible staff. I wish I could give 0 star!nWe fueled our car here spent about $300.nMy kids need to use toilet while my husband was fueling the car. We kindly ask to let us use toilet but the staff not allow us use, he said if he let us use toilet he will be get fired. And this is their policy.nUnbelievable! What type of company could have such policy to stop kids to use their toilet?
