Previously I have had great service and yum ice cream but I have been attempting to contact them about making a bday cake for weeks and no reply. Wanted to speak to them before ordering online to confirm a few things. We order many ice cream cakes a year due to kids not liking cake and will have to look for a new, more reliable company that wants our business.
Just go there and see why the line is always full its worth waiting best damn soft serve ice cream I have ever had that includes overseas so good lots of options definitely a must if you have kids.
Ordered a 650ml tub online and received 2 small scoops in a container, when I rang to talk to manager he said uber eats driver was to blame even though I could see the icecream scoops hadn't been touched. Very disappointing
Love a good bit of ice cream! Fast service, the staff were lovely.
The young ladies that work there are brilliant. One of them insisted that she would go to the back of the store to show me the ingredients listed in one of the lollies as I can't eat gelatine. She was happy to do so, and super friendly and helpful, and seemed to enjoy working there. Ice cream portions are a decent size too. Was enough for myself and son, with some to spare.
Poor value for money and had ice chips in the ice-cream. $5.90 for a kiddies size...

Yummy icecream so many choices, extremely busy weekends and summer evenings but worth the queing up. Prices are a little misleading so just just check first
This is no longer Cold Rock, its Malibu Shakes, lovely shop for the best icecreams and freak shakes around, best options available for lactose intolerant people aswell
