Coffs Harbour Airport

My 81yo mother had a fall at the airport over the weekend. The help we experienced from the security staff, Rachel from Virgin and three firemen was exceptional. Bystanders were also helpful. Everyone was incredibly kind and sympathetic. Thank you all so much

Regional airport so pretty basic but nice people and clean

The staff were caring with the rabbits we were sending to Sydney to their new homes as house rabbits when the plane they were to go on made then wait for the next flight. They did that because there were found to be products on board that were stored in dry ice. Dry ice makes a gas that sinks to the floor. That's why the rabbits couldn't go on that flight because they are kept on the floor of the cargo area and they would have died. Lots was done to rescue these rabbits in the first place so we were grateful that the staff kept them in the air conditioning of their office until they could get them on a flight. have a look at my profile to see a bit more about our rabbit rescue in Grafton.
