I been to this place twice now, once in 2017 and now 2018. The first time we visited, we waited 20 minutes for 2 luke warm cappuccinos. I came in again today on 05/01/18 at 08:30am and we waited 30 minutes for 2 cappuccinos that didn't arrive and the cafe wasn't busy. When I got up and asked them how much longer we would have to wait the waitress whom was busy chatting to everyone except doing her job had forgotten about our coffees (a very simple order) and hadn't even started them. I was so annoyed that they kept us waiting so long without making them, I told them to forget it we will go elsewhere. We went to Pete's Place down the road on the Esplanade and were served instantly with 2 beautiful hot cappuccinos and made on the spot. Virtually no wait time and unlike this business they attended to their customers and made sure everyone was served timely and did their job properly. We come to Palm Cove all the time and will never get anything again from Coffee Haven they look after the locals and not the tourists, Service = 0.

I had some fish burger, and free tap water. burger was bit pricy, but taste excellent.

Delicious breakfast, very friendly and efficient service. Highly recommend the waffles!
