Good place, nice coffee. I go there often. It's quite close to my house. It used to be ope till late whuch was good however the hours are changed now but not sure if it's a temporary change. Their veg pizza is nice and cakes are a good option too. The rewards system is good as you get discounts however discount is only applicable on drinks
Nice atmosphere and staff are kind. BLT bagel, the chicken filo, the croissant, the chicken pie... everything was well presented and delicious!
Great coffee, great food, great service. Best coffee shop!! Vegetarian options: Delicious vegetarian food. Clearly labeled. Kid-friendliness: Super kid friendly. Small kids area with toys and books and a small TV. Parking: Limited parking on site, but plenty of on-street parking nearby. Wheelchair accessibility: One entrance is wheelchair accessible with indoor and outdoor seating accessible. Dietary restrictions: Cabinet food is clearly labeled so you can choose food that meets your dietary needs.
Great spot and great hours. Open later so is a good place to meet or do a quick bit of work later in the day. Good food options for allergies as well. Very tasty.Food: 5/5
My Japanese student and friends went for coffee and cake and received appalling service. The waitress made no effort to understand them even when they took a photo and pointed to the items. When the orders arrived they were put roughly on the table with no acknowledgement. Come on Coffee Culture, is this the type of service we want portrayed from Hamilton?
Amazing coffee every time and delicious food! Lovely attentive staff and great facilities My favourite in Hamilton. Highly recommend!
I ordered the crispy chicken and avo bagel. There were two and a half thin strips of chicken, a dab of avocado, one piece of lettuce and three red onion rings inside an untoasted bagel. Although I ordered a large coffee, I was delivered a small one I'd even pointed to the cup size at the counter.The wait person argued I'd paid for a small coffee but could come to the counter to pay for an upgrade if I wanted. I said it would take too long as the coffee was very late to my table.. I then pointed out I had paid $23.92 - which was more than a small coffee and bagel. She impatiently reference the 15% surcharge for a public holliday. Fair enough... but when I got home I did the math. Crispy chicken and avo bagel $15.00. Small coffee $4.90 = $19.90. Add 15% surcharge $2.99 and the final total is $22.89. I paid 23.92. Hmmmmm....
Only talking about coffee. I'm not sure if I always find the right barista when I visit this place but here is were the coffee is always good, I sometimes stop by for take away but is better when served in the mug.
Our Grouo was a little unimpressed with our meals this time. Usually the experience was great. I ordered the pie and it arrived burnt on the top. I asked for another and was told there was none. So inplace I ordered a Mac cheese ball, it arrived flat as if it was a fritter.. Also I am sure there was a price difference, but offered no refund. Three of our group ordered the chicken panini and they looked , and tasted as if they had been in the microwave not a sandwich press. I can say for sure no sandwich was involved. The 5th in our Group had a raspberry ball, and snikers cake. Was very dry and tasteless. So we were quiet inimpressed by what we all got. Have had much better experience previously
The cafe itself is beautiful, and really well laid out. Enjoy coming here for the atmosphere, but unfortunately the coffee each time I’ve had it isn’t the best. Often burnt which is a shame as it’s the reason you come. Everything else though is great.
