For a first time experience it was not to bad. The prices are a bit on the high side but the drinks are very good and I did not know of any other near places myself but my friend took me hear as I had never had boba. The store had a very unique look to it and I enjoyed all the figures and plushies around the store. That said the wait time was by far one of the worst I have seen in quite some time. The tied to the fact there was no real line structure inside the already tiny store. We had people stretched out on the sidewalk the afternoon we went. Also the packed inside was not the ideal situation I wanted to be in but knew I would not get to come back for quite sometime. The staff were somewhat fast but also you could tell they were swamped with the few they had on hand. they messed up the additions to me and my friends drinks but it was not to big a deal we just shared each others.
This place is great! We had a fun time and enjoyed the ice creams and milk teas. The staff was nice enough, responsive. It's a large complex menu so take time to read the menu before you get in line. Great experience. Take the negative reviews with a grain of salt. They reflect more of a lack of understanding than legitimate complaints. First, the price is high for "ice cream" but it's more than just ice cream. It is a labour intensive artistic desert. Labor cost the price reflects the effort. So chill. The wait times. See above. If you are getting one of these insta worthy food/art dishes it takes time. So again chill.
Disappointing boba tea for the high cost. We waited for 25 minutes after ordering for our orders. The strawberry milk tea was decent, but the taro milk tea was the worst we’ve ever had. It was chalky- like the powder couldn’t dissolve in the liquid. Seeing the drinks are $8.50 each $7.50 for the drink and $1.00 for the tapioca boba, we had higher expectations.
The boba drink we got here was wonderful! The staff were quick to make it even though there was a line. The drinks are a bit pricey, but it was worth it for this visit!
I do not understand the reviews for this place. This was one of THE BEST bobas I’ve ever had in my life. I got a milk tea taro with boba. There’s so many options! They also have merchandise. There usually a line out the door, but it goes fast and it was so worth it - ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! Thank you! Also, in addition to the traditional methods, you can pay with Venmo and PayPal, super convenient!
They worth 1 star. This is my first time writing review on google map. I have NEVER had such bad milk tea. A lot of the other 1-star reviews are about their service. But the taste really sucks. Also the cup is very degrading. The milk tea cost me $8.1 and I had to dump the whole thing.

Nice place. Always crowded when I go so there's typically a wait. They roll the ice cream on a cold table in front of you behind a plastic barrier which is a cool thing to see.
12.99$ for rolled ice cream what a joke…. The poor worker at the register asked this in the pic manager if she could give me a water cup and he was too occupied watching YouTube to answer. When she finally tapped him he said charge him $0.25 and then pressed play on YouTube. Poor girl.
I visited this place for the first time and didn’t get serviced well. I shared that it was my first time visiting the place and yet the servers expected me to know everything about the store. My children where coughing and I decided to go here to soothe their throat. I was automatically served a chilled drink after I stated out Loud to my children that they cannot drink cold drinks. The macaroons did not taste fresh. The manager was not kind and brushed me off telling me to read the signs. The signs was hidden and I would have to search to identify the return and exchange policies. The policy was not explained to me prior to ordering. I had four children with me and was eager to tend to their needs. I was polite and kindly told the manager she was not being kind. I believe her name is Amy. Since I am a frequent reviewer I didn’t get upset but kindly used the experience to warn others of the possibility of rudeness and unkindness along with un-fresh food served to you. The scenery is pretty and the drinks were decent. We ordered the almond milk, strawberry tea and 3 Macaroons for $20+…smh
