Love this nail salon for the variety of colours on offer as well as the range of services to choose from whether your go to is SNS, gel, acrylic or polish. Each nail tech is equipped to provide quality service. If there is something I am not satisfied about e.g. SNS too thick or shape is not right, staff have listened to feedback and try to fix where they can. Prices have gone up however it is understandable due to the effects of the pandemic. I make sure to ask for a quote/price before any work begins to avoid any misunderstanding.

I made an appointment for 12pm and then requested for an earlier time - 11am. The lady I spoke to confirmed 11am was fine but then when I walked in she says that my booking isn't til 12pm. I explained to her that it was rescheduled and was told to wait, totally fine because I was early. 5 minutes later, still no one. I tell the lady again my appointment is at 11am she said wait for 5 minutes.  . I sat there waiting for 20 mins whilst other ladies came in and out. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND! Rude customer service. Came here the other day and they changed the prices for an infill 5 times. First it was $45, then she said no 55, then when i went to pay she said 60!!??? Lady was rushing my nails, would cut short without me asking when i said i wanted them long. Lady was also aggressively doing my nails and hurting my hands.

Booked in a for a pedicure - the lady did not  do a good job. She started yelling in Vietnamese to her colleagues, complaining that I was asking her to clean. It was unprofessional and a very rushed job 15 minutes or so. I told her I was not happy. Do not recommend to go here.Service:&nbsp;Pedicure

YOU HAVE TO GO HERE IMMEDIATELY!!  This is the first review I have ever written. Honestly it’s hard to fit how incredibly skilled K is within a few words.  I have never gotten my lashes done with another artist! And I’ve been getting my lashes done for years, but quite recently K haas become so much more than my lash lady but my beautician! I recently got both my lips and eyebrows tattooed.  And both look incredible, my eyebrows in particular have fully healed and constantly receive compliments!  I also have to admit that K is incredibly patient and caring when it came to mapping out my brows. She was precise and gentle. I was also convinced that they were uneven but I think it might have been in my head instead though ?? She was still very kind and patient while I was difficult— I eventually decided to trust her and I couldn’t be more happy with the result!  The shape is perfect and the colour suits my skin tone well, absolutely no regrets! So I decided to get my lips tattood too.. they haven’t fully healed tho. So far they look incredible and I’m enjoying the colour / healing process.  I couldn’t be more happy with the services provided at Coco Nails! I don’t think I would ever need to go anywhere else as they also provide the nail services I provide!  This is my one stop beauty stop!!!

I've been going here since they opened around 6 years ago. Their nail skill is on point and they take great care with nail designs too! Recently I got my ombre powder brows by Kay and not only was she extremely accommodating, but they turned out amazing. Also pretty affordable when you compare it to other businesses. Great place and highly recommend.

First time Booked for eye lash extensions hybrid with cat eye paying $110 and ended up getting classic lashes, the place is overpriced, do not get your lashes done here!!Service:&nbsp;Eyelash extensions
