Stayed here for a couple of night for NYE as we come up from Melbourne to Warrnambool this time of year. What an amazing place and great value for money. After seeing what other members of the group got for the same price this exceeded expectations. Spacious, modern and with everything you need. Bed is super comfy and shower had great water pressure. Air conditioning in the living area. Fan in the bedroom. Unit 2 Netflix on every TV is a great addition too Shared laundry facilities on site if you are here for a few nights. About a 15 minute walk from the main district where bars, restaurants, shops etc are Highly recommend and hopefully will get in early enough to book this next year
Clean, welcoming and warm! My husband stayed here while in Warrnambool for study at South West Tafe. He arrived late on a Sunday night and they had turned the heater on so his room was toasty when he arrived. Very clean and comfy. Jo at the office is super friendly and easy to deal with.
First thing first, reservation made but no email sent nor any msg on Agoda portal telling us on check in process. So it was not a breeze and when we called, they told us everything was sent to Agoda. Then, no additional towels nor amenities provided. For 5 people staying in the apartment unit, only 15ml of body wash was provided! Kitchen utensils were lacking. No scissors nor gloves to remove grilled items from oven. The worst of it all was a rusty kettle provided! The worse part about it is we were asked to wash all the dishes and placed it all backed into the drawers else we will be charged extra cleaning fees. I can understand having to put all dishes and running a cycle on dishwasher when we leave the apartment but to wait for dishes to be cleaned and then sit and wait for 2hr 45mins?!!! Would we be staying there again? Of course not! Having stayed in better apartments and cheaper pricing and better amenities, this is not in my radar again
we spent 3 weeks here, very clean and comfortable, everything you need is there. easy access to shops, lakes and ocean, railway station 10 min walk. would recommend these apartments 110%
If ever you want to stay in warrnambool this is thr place. Not only the best place we've stayed at but also the most amazing service we have ever had in terms of accommodation. A family run business that prides themselves on everything that could possibly make your stay as easy and comfortable as possible. Thank you for an amazing getaway. Unit 3 over NYE.
Great accommodation. Very clean, close to all amenities and good value.
Very beautiful apartments, really nice location in both summer and winter.
