Travellinh through Perth and had a range of issues with the Landcruiser. Been up north for 5yrs, tow 3.5vsn incl off road. The guys at Coastal fixed what I knew, plus more I didn't once they started the wok, particularly on the diff. Really appreciated the effort to fit me tn, then get the parts and the Jobs done so I could hit the road again. Highly recommend
I operate a business around the corner from Coastal 4x4 and have been sending my work vehicles there for years. Recently purchasing a new 76 series Toyota and had the Safari Armax engine upgrade installed with ECU-Clutch exhaust etc. The crew did an excellent job on such a delicate operation including relocating some ancillary items. Performance difference is incredible. Excellent customer service in the ability to provide short notice jobs and after care is the real stand out. Well done to all the team!

Recently brought my coffee van in for the tail lights to be replaced. The whole team were incredibly helpful and friendly. As a custom made truck, the team took every effort to ensure I was getting the right product ordered and they were even flexible with my appointment time when I needed to switch a few things around. Thanks to everyone at coastal 4x4 this small business is back up and running again. Thank-you team for showing genuine care for your customers!
Aftercare/after sales support is outstanding, fantastic customer service!
It can be hard to find a good trustworthy mechanical workshop but you need look no further. These guys were great. I left my land cruiser with them for the day and not only did they complete all the work but also dropped of and picked me up from the train station. Communication was excellent keeping me in the loop of what was needed for my rig and felt like my business was valued. I’ll be back again.
I went to Coastal 4x4 for the first time for a part because they had stock available, unlike other supposed stockists. I was very happy with that. While there, seeing they do service work, I asked about an installation which they said they could do in time before my trip. Happy again. However I could not accept the Coastal strict policy to insist on payment of a deposit to book the job future services not yet performed, so I did not proceed with the works. I'll buy parts here again. Seems to be a reasonable range.

These guys are legends, I called about a piece of 4X4 equipment late on Monday arvo. None in stock but will check with the supplier over east. Tuesday morning they called and said they can get it but it may arrive next week. I placed the order and received a call today Thursday confirming my order had arrived in time for my trip this weekend. Exceptional customer service, under promised and over delivered. Good service is increasingly hard to find but this is the place to get it. I’ll definitely be back!
Coastal shave been doing a fare bit of work on my Ute and STEVE and everyone working there has always been friendly and going out of there way to help and get the jobs done to the highest quality last job they done was a full GVM upgrade to my Colorado what a awesome job I can really recommend them to do your work on your 4x4 Great work Steve
