I took my rather anxious rescue dog, Mindy down for a general check-up, lovely staff. The vet herself was approachable and explained stuff in language that I understood. I will definitely be returning and another plus was the mainstreet shopping in Milton, a fun day for Mindy and I. What I particularly liked about them was; they focused on minimal interventions rather than loading her with medications and procedures.

Took amazing care of my cat through her teeth extractions, and had great after care and follow up. They recommended a product called Teef to help with preventing further dental issues and while I was initially concerned that it might flavour her water in a way she would dislike big problem for a cat that is very fussy with wet food and mostly eats biscuits, her water intake is a source of stress she loves it and her water intake is the best it’s ever been! Staff are lovely and great at explaining everything in a way that connects it to your pets overall wellbeing. My cat is a rescue that was taken in as an almost adult, so I was warned that she would likely have health issues related to her time spent as a colony cat, so I’m anticipating she will have other stuff crop up and I will 100% be bringing her to the Milton branch for all of her future care.

Thank you so much for seeing my sick cat Billy so promptly, as I couldn’t get booked in town for a week due to the vet shortage. The staff were lovely & it felt nice to have such a friendly bunch behind the counter. The vet was so friendly; the appt wasn’t rushed. It was just a totally different service than customers experience in the city. I guess that’s the difference between Urban & Rural. The fees were very reasonable & my appt was cheaper than it would have cost in the city. They offer a variety of payment options, which would help many families if faced with an unexpected emergency. I’m kicking myself; as was so impressed with the wild bird treat selection, I forgot to purchase some bird treats before heading back to town. 5 STAR SERVICE! :-
