I was lead to believe that my cat was in a life threatening condition I said I was sure he had a stress related UTI as he had , had this before which he did have. I was told he must have tests done and 2 days at least in the hospital. I decided to just have him in 1 days stay which reduced the cost a little. I was still charged $950.00 for a fairly straight forward procedure. Would not recommend these vets to anyone. They see the opportunity to make money and they do it.nI’m quite disgusted by the attitude of Dan that just “laughed” in my face about the cost as if I was stupid!nAnyone that goes there in my experience will have to pay big bucks!
Great business and friendly efficient staff
We took our older dog in for surgery. She was extremely well cared for and the surgery, which had some potential pitfalls, has been very successful. Would highly recommend based on our experiences
Very good service with looking after my son very approachable about asking questions about my animal. Would be very good if we could have animal ACC and that the government help us out because at the end of the day our animals are our children just like they say a police dog is a police officer so it would be good if the government treat l animals like they treat their police dogs and rescue dogs I don't like that we have a lot of dog haters out there especially when we can't find accommodation because we have animals just makes me sick to the teeth
Today we had to make the hardest decision to put our Jessie moo to sleep. Putting your best friend to sleep is one of the hardest decisions an owner can make. Vet south made this a lot easier with their professional help and being there for not only our loved pet but the owners and I couldn’t thank them enough. We know Jessie was their number one priority making sure she was comfortable and letting us take our time with our last goodbyes. We know we made the right decision and knew she was in safe hands afterwards. Thank you so much Vet south. For taking care of our baby and making us feel comfortable. Thank you to all the staff at south vets.
