Our dog stayed here recently and I would liken it to factory farming - so very many dogs, in small cages. With this many animals you know they're getting no personal attention and this seemed to be the case with our dog, who came home with a urinary tract infection (vet explained this can happen when an animal isn't given enough opportunities to toilet). Would definitely never use Allendale again, feel guilty for leaving our beloved dog there at all

My beloved pet stayed here. I arrived to find my dog cowering in the corner with another little jack Russell. While the cage was being hosed out. The sheepskin mat I provided was soaked, hanging over the cage fence . He smelt very bad, had lost a lot of weight and had worms. Steer clear!. This was a while ago, and definitely your kennels in Westwood. You were on holiday at the time. But all these points are fact.

I picked my dogs up after a 3 day stay and as a result of what myself and my husband saw will certainly mean we will definitely not be using these kennels again

Brent always takes great care of our cat. They are clean, friendly and they go the extra mile for you. Always put my cat there.

We sent our extremely loved cat, to Allandale Cattery for 12 days. Upon our return, she had lost a substantial amount of weight and was very distressed/scared. We sent her there hoping she would be looked after, and we dont feel this has happened. We wont be sending her back.
