We recently visited Club Officer and had a mixed experience. The vibe was great, with a cozy atmosphere and friendly staff that made us feel welcome. However, we found the cocktails and food to be just average, especially the Thai Green Curry, which was bland and tasteless. We appreciated the overall experience and the effort put in by the staff. We may not have been blown away by the food and drinks, but the positive ambiance and service will likely bring us back for another visit in the future. Hoping to taste better food and drinks next time.
Food was amazing, only complaint we couldn't use our senior cards as we were told by the waitress that the senior meals were only available Monday to Friday. Disappointing as weekends are the time we are usually out for lunch or dinner.
Both me and my brother order a Parma, both of our parmas were a weird texture. It looked cooked but the texture was grisssly. They gave us another one and it was ok in some bits but others it was the same. It also looked dehydrated. Have a look in the photo.
A willing, considerate, regular customer that enjoyed paying for a beer at this venue will no longer attend after the disgraceful customer service from an extremely rude old female bartender.nI attended the venue to purchase a beer during happy hour, as I have previously enjoyed in the past. I did confirm with the bar tender that it was happy hour and placed an order for 1 beer. The bar tender then attempted to charge me full price. I asked why. Her extremely rude and abrupt response was that only members get happy hour prices. I then attended the front reception and enquired about membership. The lovely receptionist advised that she could sign me up to receive the happy hour price then and there on the spot. The old female bartender then walked out from behind the bar and shouted that she just poured the beer out and that it was a waste. I responded that she didn't need to pour it out and she could have kindly mentioned that signing up for membership is quick and instant. She then stormed off behind the bar. Unfortunately, after this negative experience at an establishment that I had previously enjoyed, I will no longer attend or purchase any more items from. There are many other places that I will happily part with my money and enjoy a inviting atmosphere, free from rude service and blatant discrimination.
Great service, good specials. Nice spacious areas with a view and easy parking. 1 minute from the freeway and a few minutes walk from the train. Staff are very friendly.
