Started coming here a couple of weeks ago and it’s been great every time. The staff are very friendly every time and bubbly! Their loaded garlic bread is delicious if you like spice and their food is delicious plus our children love the play ground there! We had Olivia serving us and she was amazing very friendly and onto our ordering of food and drinks the only complaint I have is that sometimes it’s very hot in there

Have been to Club Officer a number of times in the past 2 years. Food is always delicious consistent and service is always amazing. Our waiter from last week Harry was exceptional. I had to call the manager over to let her know how terrific he was. He was on the ball, we were offered drinks within 2 mins of arrival and had them within 5 mins of arrival. The service is wonderful.

We dropped in for a late lunch without a booking and were warmly welcomed right away. Helen and her team were fantastic—friendly, attentive, and always smiling, providing top-notch service throughout our visit.nThe food was absolutely delicious, and the kids enjoyed their meals just as much as we did. It’s a perfect place for a relaxed family outing.nHighly recommend for anyone looking for great food and a welcoming atmosphere.

We returned to this venue after a bad experience a few years ago and were pleasantly surprised at the improvement in the quality of food and table service. It was a busy Thursday night and I initially thought the service would be slow as there were only two staff on floor. We dine out frequently and were amazed how efficiently our drink & food orders were taken considering the understaffing and the number of patrons dining that night. The food, service & “vibe” were all awesome and we will definitely return soon. Well done to your in-house training team and to the efficiency,enthusiasm and jovial humour of your floor staff that night. Thank you to Jess!!.

Good food offering and menu. Didn't see any sense that they did not have a burger listed on the menu in the bistro when its listed on the menu of the sports bar, when both the sports bar and the bistro are right next to each other and the food comes out of the same kitchen. The food was the stock standard stuff. On another note the staff were friendly and the location was excellent
