We've used Cloud Nine several times now for dry cleaning and alterations of my soon-to-be husband's wedding suit. Extremely happy with the result and service received. Could not fault anything, ready when they said it would be ready, high quality workmanship and will use their services too for my wedding dress. Highly recommend.Services: Alterations
Believe the recent reviews-The comments about appalling customer service, cleaning skills and ownership of problems are spot on. Sent a school skirt in for dry cleaning. Buttons went in grey came out stark white against a grey fabric. But apparently it’s the buttons fault. Yet they sent the skirt back without a note or phone call to advise something had gone wrong. I’ve never had an issue with the buttons changing colour anywhere else, ever and it’s ludicrous to suggest but honestly pointless to talk to them. It would have been such a simple fix if they had been proactive or even listened. Judging by the owner responses to others reviews I’m sure to get an arrogant “I’m right, you’re wrong”response rather than some kind of ownership. I acknowledged multiple times that I shouldn’t have raised my voice at the lady on the phone and apologised. The least Cloud9 could do is the same. Strongly recommend going elsewhere-I definitely will be.
This company was fantastic a few years ago. The go-to for all professional service companies on the Terrace. Lately, they have been absolutely terrible. Rude service, items coming back with marks not cleaned, not picking up for days or not at all, dont answer calls or emails and was extremely rude when we asked for a receipt for our books. After hiring gown and accessories from Hush Hire Boutique in Subiaco i needed to drop everything here to Cloud Nine. Really easy to find. Great friendly service and dry cleaning fee for my long sequined gown was VERY reasonable. Would use again

I think the owner needs to either train themself or train their staff in customer service. The arrogance and the curt behavior towards customers is never a good idea especially when front of others. I don't want to be treated rudely. I will be taking my business elsewhere and will let my colleagues and friends advice accordingly. Basil is an exception - very customer focused and courteous. If he doesn't return then the place is going downhill.
Abusive owner ruined my items then blamed me took zero responsibility AVOID THIS PLACE! I took x2 wool blankets x2 feather duves they were all new and I wanted them dry cleaned before I used them they damaged all 4 of my items and when I complained the owner has the nerve to say It was damaged upon arrival your a narcissist every one that has complained against you you’ve somehow made it look like they are lying it doesn’t reflect well on you ive also got screenshots of how you abused me and the vile language you used so I’m happy to upload them here if you like
Terrible experience with this dry cleaning business on 2 separate occasions. We brought a ladies coat there a couple of years ago and they damaged it with no apology or compensation. A week ago, we decided to give them another try as we needed a men’s business shirt cleaned urgently. The shirt was returned still dirty, with gentle wear marks around collar and cuffs. When we raised this issue, we were informed that this was the standard of service. We were also advised to find a new dry cleaner!! Needless to say, we will never be returning to this dry cleaning service and we will be advising all family and friends to stay away.
PLEASE BE WARNED - Do not take any expensive garments to this dry cleaner!!! I took my Sandro Silk commercial pleated Skirt to this dry cleaner, i had only worn twice, When i picked up my skirt, it was completely ruined, with the pleats ironed out and the silk was flimsy and damaged. Cloud Nine waited for me to find the damage, and then proceeded to blame the damage on the garment being worn out and that it had been sat in for too long?! the garment was in PRISTINE CONDITION. Cloud Nine refused to give compensation or even refund the money to dry clean the skirt. Russ Rodgers, does not know the meaning of customer service, he was rude and arrogant and raised his voice at me, even went as far as telling me to go find another dry cleaner and rejected phone calls. I've had friends who have had the same terrible experience with this Dry cleaner, they are careless with clothing and they do not care for their customers. I will be telling as many people as i can about my experience with cloud nine. DO NOT USE THIS DRY CLEANER!
Amazing Service! I have been using Cloud Nine since 2019 and I couldn’t be happier. A big shoutout to Peter, who always goes above and beyond!
