Took my blue silk blouse and they absolutely destroyed it.The blus silk is covered in something like a white powder no apology no refund.

Best drycleaners in Perth! A great little family business with friendly service great prices and unbeatable garment care! They have miraculously removed many a stain!

dropped off doona, they advised a week to be cleaned. No one called to say it was ready. I walked into shop to see if it was ready and the owner told me it's not ready yet then she had a look around and it was the doona sitting out on the front counter with no bag just getting dirty on the counter top. I asked how long it has been sitting there, she said a day, I asked why hasn't anyone called me, she said she was busy. She was so rude and had no idea what was going on in her own business, just making up excuses. Didn't apologise to say sorry no one called or it took long time. Plenty of quicker dry cleaners around with a lot better customer service!!
