Went in to make an appointment. Waited 5mins before the lady at the desk acknowledged me even being there. Asked for pricing as I couldn't find it online. She checked her sheet and gave me them but was just outright rude, made no eye contact treated me as I was beneath her. Slack and unprofessional walked out. Now I have an appointment made with dental care NZ would rather spend my 5k where I get treated with dignity and respect. Do better Lady.

I had an appointment with cliff dental to get my teeth extracted, it was on the 13th of September. I had never had any of my teeth removed before so i didnt have much of an experience on how it felt and to top it off iam extremely scared of injections. Thankfully i had been looked after by such a greatmale dentist and a lovely female assistant. They made me feel so comfortable. Without their generous approach, i wouldn't have been able to get my tooth pulled out. I just wanna thank them for their lovely service. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get tgeir names as i was busy being scared  .

I've been going there for a couple of years and they used to be good. My last couple of visits for fillings though felt rushed, were misshapen, didn't fix the issue, and prices have gone up astronomically. I used to pay around $220 a tooth, last time she decided to do 2 at the same time, which I agreed to, but was hit with a bill of $640. I still have a few teeth to work through but won't be going back... there's a reason you can get in to see them at fairly short notice.

Staff is amazing and very understanding of someone who suffers from anxiety. On day of appointment I took my headphones and was very comfortable. The dentist and dental nurse was very patient with me and the service was excellent. I would highly recommend this business as price was very reasonable. I'm actually looking forward to getting the rest of the work done now.

The dental team used to be great a few years ago but things have definitely changed recently. Very little listening. It's frustrating going in and paying for appointment/check ups when your dentist us uhming and aahhing sounding so unsure. It's not reassuring hearing "I think this, I think that". The dentist was also telling me where the pain area was inside my mouth and not listening. A paid consultation to be told to take paracetamol for wisdom teeth removal is a little excessive.

What a great place. Very friendly and professional from the very 1st phone call to the end of the consultation.

Sorry I left my phone at the cliff dentist wanganui on the counter at 13 November it was a gift if any one has any information or could return the phone, please leave it there and nothing will be said.
