All you could ever need to exercise and entertain the kids. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. An extremely inexpensive way to get active!

Always have had Fantastic treatment for my Birsitic Calcific Tendonopathy of the Rt Shoulder Rotator Cuff , the treatment has kept me from having to have surgery . Andrew McGough and his fellow Physio's are THE BEST OF THE BEST . Thanks so much Andrew and All ;0)!

Staff are awesome here. They are always positive and friendly to everyone. Great facilities and lots of sporting activities are on offer. Great for kids too.
