Two and a half hours of pushy salesman for the first visit. Long wait because the after sales manager was "nowwhere to be found". Pushing worthless insurance on me that does not have one good review (for over $3k!). Pre approved for outside finance but wouldn't give me a purchase contract without the insurance on it. Stalled until they could offer me finance that in the end was more expensive which cost me almost a week of work (self employed). Wouldn't budge on the price of the vehicle. Tried pushing two windows of tinting for $600! Picked up the car and was told "it has heaps of fuel". It had enough fuel to get home before the fuel light came on. Fitted seat covers that day and found old chips under the seat! Not an enjoyable experience and won't be back.

The whole Nissan Clarkson team was exceptionally wonderful. They made the whole process of getting a new car smooth and easy. The level of customer service they have shown was above and beyond. We will definitely refer them to our families and friends. To everyone at Nissan Clarkson... Thank you for your kind assistance... God job guys!
