Just want to say a very sincere thank you to Peta and the servicing department at Clarkson Holden, who recently repaired our Captiva. After hearing and reading some "horror" stories relating to car yards, I thought it about time someone reviewed a positive outcome for a change. Our car warranty had expired, but Peta looked after as so well and managed to convince Holden to cover the cost of the repairs, which we are so grateful. The correspondence was great, and the girls at the desk so happy and friendly. Car is running great, and hopefully we will not need to go back with anymore drama's, but would not hesitate to get the car serviced here in future. Thanks again guys and keep up the great service!!!

Very professional and very impressed with the timely manner, the issue with my vehicle was attended to last Friday. Staff in service were great. Keep up the good work and I will be back for servicing of my vehicle.

Very welcoming walking into Clarkson Holden being greeted by a few members of the sales team, always very professional and so friendly. However, today I left feeling so disappointed and upset by the customer service in the service department. What was a very simple issue that should have been resolved without being dismissive, argumentative and rude with me. Just a simple "So sorry about that we will amend that for you straight away...I'm sorry you have had to come back in" is all it would have taken instead of not wanting to take any responsibility for what was a simple mistake they had made on the log book. Hoping this is a one off as we can't fault the service we have previously had and regularly take both our vehicles there.

Just had 45,000km for Trax - 3rd vehicle I've purchased from Clarkson Holden - lovely front staff and very helpful service/mechanic staff.

Just bought my new car from here, the guys were lovely and very helpful! Justin in the finance team went above and beyond, the customer service was great. Can't speak more highly on how I was treated. I went to another car yard before coming here and I can tell you it was 100% better experience.. Thanks again Holden Clarkson
