I recently visited Mullaloo BP Workshop, and I cannot emphasize enough how disappointed I am with their service. From start to finish, my experience was frustrating.nFirstly, the staff seemed disinterested in helping customers. When I arrived, I had to wait nearly 30 minutes just to be acknowledged, despite there being no other customers in the shop. The mechanic who eventually attended to me appeared rushed and lacked the basic courtesy of making eye contact or explaining what they would do to my vehicle.nOnce I got my car back, I noticed it didn’t even run as smoothly as before. I had requested a simple oil change and a check-up, but it felt like they rushed through the job. To make matters worse, I later found out they had overcharged me on the bill. To my astonishment, there were additional charges that I hadn’t agreed to, and when I inquired about them, the staff members defended their pricing with vague explanations.nThe workshop itself wasn’t very clean, which made me question their attention to detail and professionalism. The waiting area was uncomfortable, with outdated magazines and a lack of basic amenities like coffee or water.nOverall, I would not recommend Mullaloo BP Workshop to anyone. If you value quality service and customer care, it’s best to look elsewhere. My experience here was far from satisfactory, and I won’t be returning.
Would never recommend. Shonky work. Breaks bolts when removing tyre and then charges for 3 new ones which where 2 different sizes. They obviously don't have correct tools to put them back on so decided using my rim to pull the bolts through. To make matters worse explained before they did anything to my car please call to confirm before due to cost. On picking up my car find out the mechanic has damaged my car then blammed the previous tyre place for putting it on top tight. Which was a lie. I got my tyres looked at by my normal tyre place and I realised they didn't even tighten the screws and had been driving around for a couple of weeks like this. Good thing my tyre didn't come off otherwise there would be of been some explaining to do. They also fail to put covers back on properly around the wheel arch guess lining the plastic up with the hole would take them an extra 60 seconds. Guess all they care about is money in their pocket. Would never go back as prefer qualified competent mechanics not shoddy back yard bush mechanics.
I had a truly awful experience at this mechanical shop. From the moment I walked in, the staff were unhelpful and dismissive. I had a simple issue with my car, but instead of offering assistance, they just shrugged it off.nnAfter finally getting them to take a look, they quoted me an outrageous price and took twice as long as promised. When I finally got my car back, it was in worse condition than when I brought it in. To top it off, they lost my keys and didn’t even apologize.nnIf you value your time, money, and vehicle, steer clear of this place. There are plenty of other shops that actually care about their customers
I recently visited mullaloo BP workshop for some routine maintenance, and unfortunately, my experience was not great. The customer service was lacking; the staff seemed disinterested and not very knowledgeable. I had to wait longer than expected for service, and when I finally received it, the quality was subpar. My vehicle was returned with some issues unresolved, which led to another trip to the shop. Overall, I was disappointed and wouldn't recommend this place for mechanical work.
Worst service attendant here. She refused to allow me to use the restrooms. Fuel stations are meant to be for fueling and refreshments. You need provide proper training to your staff.
